The Altar Society is a group of parishioners who prepare and care for the Altar, sanctuary, vessels, vestments, candles. Also, members of the Altar Society coordinate with parishioners who wish to place flowers on the altar to remember an anniversary, birthday, death or other important occasion. Extraordinary Ministers are
trained and commissioned to assist with the distribution of the Eucharist
during Mass on a rotating basis. All confirmed members of the Parish are
eligible to serve in this ministry.

A lector is the person who proclaims the first and second readings at Mass and leads the Prayers of the Faithful at Mass. The lector most possess a good speaking voice and believe that Sacred Scripture is the Word of God and have a deep respect for God's presence in that word.
