Caring Ministry

A group of parishioners who are called upon to visit and provide meals and support to fellow parishioners who are ill, homebound or bereaved. This ministry coordinates the serving of food in the Parish hall after funerals. We also provide prayer shawls for those ill or homebound.

Sisters from 
Mexico coordinate our ministry to the Spanish-speaking parishioners. They provide religious and sacramental instruction, liturgy preparation and community services.

Hispanic Initiative

In support of the belief that we are all One Church, the Hispanic Initiative seeks to expand outreach and increase interaction among English and Spanish-speaking parishioners.

Knights of Columbus

Catholic men of the Parish are invited to join this fraternal, spiritual and special organization which helps the Parish, school and community. Meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Mondays.

Ladies of the Parish

All ladies of the parish are invited to attend two dinner socials each year - Christmas in July and Christmas in December.  Dates for the dinner socials are published in the bulletin.  Attendees should bring a gift for the exciting gift exchange that follows dinner.

Respect Life

This committee serves as the liaison between the Archdiocese and National Right to Life to help inform the Parish and coordinate pro-life efforts and education.

St. Therese Guild

This group of ladies meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month (September through May) to study and discuss together the various aspects of the Catholic faith and the Church in contemporary times. The Guild is also responsible for the cakewalk each year at St. Mary’s School Bazaar, assisting with the Caring Ministry and other Parish projects.

The Traveling Saints

If you are "young at heart" and love to travel and have fun, this is the group for you! We go on day trips once a month and one overnight each year.  If you want to make sure you don't miss the fun and you would like to be on our email list, send a note to Carol at And always watch the bulletin for announcements detailing travel destinations and we will see you on the bus!

St. Mary's Dinner Club
We meet August through April in small groups to share a meal and friendship.  Additionally, we meet as an entire body at the beginning of the year to be assigned a group and during the Christmas holidays for a Dirty Santa party.
